We are searching for a IT Production Support!
Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch related issues on the respective AS400 ( primary), Unix/Windows (secondary) environments used by the different domains in Wealth Management
Monitor Production batches and infra components.
Ensure batch related issues are attended and resolved on time
Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues
Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap.
Review and create application Support knowledge articles.
