Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Massage Therapist located in Sintra. The Massage Therapist will provide exceptional therapeutic and body massage services to guests, ensuring their utmost relaxation and satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting various massage techniques such as Shiatsu and stress management therapies, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, consulting with clients to identify their needs, and delivering personalized treatment plans. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all hotel and health standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage, Body Massage, and Shiatsu techniques
Experience with Stress Management and promoting overall well-being
Excellent Customer Service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong knowledge of proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide a great guest experience
Relevant certifications or training in massage therapy are required
Prior experience in luxury hospitality or spa services is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
