Associate Supply Chain – Controls & Compliance

What you will do
As an Associate Supply Chain, you will support Global Supply Chain Controls & Compliance activities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the adaptability and compliance of distribution processes and master data management, owning critical QMS records, and enabling the creation and maintenance of distribution lanes. You will also generate metrics and reports to support operational perfection.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ownership and processing of Quality Management System (QMS) records including Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs
* Creation and revision of controlled GxP documentation
* Support and administration of distribution lane set-up via internal systems
* SAP master data creation and maintenance for distribution lanes
* Preparation of monthly KPIs and metrics
* Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports to supervise and improve lane performance

What we expect of you
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
* OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience
* OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives in a global environment
* Solid understanding of GMP and GDP
* Experience using SAP ERP systems
* Experience with distribution planning and logistics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams, under pressure and in ambiguity
* Motivated self-starter with proven business acumen and risk awareness
