What you'll do Drive acquisition, retention, and conversion. Track app metrics and performance. Test campaigns, channels, and automations. Work on funnels, CRM, and customer journeys. Identify growth and improvement opportunities. Who we're looking for 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, or growth. Hands‐on experience running paid campaigns and analysing results. Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, growing environment. Autonomous, organised, and hands‐on. Genuine interest in digital product and user behaviour. Adaptable and eager to keep learning. We're looking for someone technically strong, with initiative, curiosity, and a desire to grow with us.
