At least5 years of experienceas aStrategic Business Operations Analyst;
Experience in supporting leadership with daily operations, strategic initiatives, and project execution;
Skills coordinating transversal activities across multiple teams and business function;
Experience in conducting research and contributing to cross-functional projects and initiative;
Strong skills in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data models (e.G., Excel, SharePoint) fordata consolidation and analysis;
Experience in preparingstructured reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making;
Experience in monitoring business metrics such as budget tracking, recruitment pipelines, space management, and internal survey results Skills in identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Fluency inEnglish(mandatory).
