What do you need to be a SMART BUSINESS ANALYST?
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (teams such as insurance, UX, tech, etc.)
* Experience in gathering and validating business requirements
* Ability to model processes, identify as-is/to-be flows, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
* Experience creating documentation (functional specs, workflows, user stories, etc.)
* Experience supporting test phases and validating business requirements
Nice to have:
* Experience in insurance industry context
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies
* Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
What will you be doing?
* Bridge communication across business, UX and technical teams
* Gather requirements from stakeholders and transform them into functional specifications
* Analyse and model business processes, ensuring optimization and clarity across as-is and to-be states
* Support testing and validation phases to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements
* Produce clear documentation and support product lifecycle decision-making
