We are looking for a Documentation/Financial Analyst
Main Tasks
Draft and review legal confirmations;
Review trades(risk booking, term sheets) prior to client documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Resolve confirmation discrepanciesand manage client affirmation or litigation requests.
Collaborate cross-functionallywith Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams globally.
