Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our global Service Delivery operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling SRE, DevOps, QA, and SecOps functions within complex environments.
* Lead and optimize global teams to drive business outcomes.
* Develop and report key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
* Promote a culture of collaboration across Software Delivery, Product, and Architecture teams.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in technology operations, infrastructure, or service delivery leadership.
* Proven ability to scale SRE, DevOps, QA, and SecOps functions within fast-paced environments.
* Familiarity with observability, reliability engineering, and KPI/SLI/SLO frameworks.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese.
