Responsibilities:
1. Maintain close communication with customers, monitor their daily sales and operations, and assist in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities;
2. Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for the new and existing customers;
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution channels and get more market share;
4. Collaborate on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations;
5. Oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment;
6. Participate in the annual marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers;
2. Great understanding in retail management;
3. Excellent oral and written Portuguese and English skills;
4. Responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, with good team spirit, high execution ability, and strong stability;
5. Willing to travel.
