The Management Associate is a highly versatile and proactive role that works closely with the founding team to drive strategic projects, operational efficiency, and business growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to all aspects of building a startup, from product development and fundraising to business strategy and partnerships.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:
Assist founders in developing and executing business strategy, including market research, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives.

Operations & Project Management:
Support key operational projects, including process optimization, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
•
Finance & Accounting Support:
Compile financial documents, reports, and data for the outsourced finance/accounting team. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial summaries for management.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:
Assist in preparing pitch decks, financial models, and investor communications.
•
Board & Investor Meetings:
Prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates. Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups from meetings.

Business Development & Partnerships:
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, customers, and opportunities to scale the business.
•
Events & Summits Participation:
Represent the company at conferences, and networking events. Assist in planning and organizing company participation.
•
Product & Customer Insights:
Help gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to inform decision-making.
•
Special Projects:
Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives critical to the company's growth.
•
Grants Writing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (PT and EN).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and building impactful products.
