As a Strategic Finance Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial management processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating operational activities
* Analysing data and monitoring progress
* Managing stakeholders and communication
* Documenting and reporting on key performance indicators
* Risk management and mitigation strategies
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of finance business process outsourcing (BPO) initiatives by participating in project scoping, roadmap definition, process KPI overview, and initiative identification.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* A Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of professional experience
* 3 years of experience in similar functions
* Knowledge of Lean principles and digital technologies
* Exceptional presentation skills
