What you’ll be doing (and loving):
•Strategic Ownership: You’ll lead the full Collections & Recovery lifecycle — from early arrears to litigation — with autonomy and accountability.
•Innovation at Your Fingertips: You’ll integrate AI and digital solutions to transform recovery processes and boost efficiency.
•Leadership with Purpose: You’ll coach and grow a talented team, foster a culture of feedback and development, and collaborate across Risk, Legal, and Customer areas.
•Customer-Centric Mindset: You’ll handle sensitive cases with empathy, resolve disputes fairly, and ensure a positive customer experience — even in tough situations.
•Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll turn insights into action, using sharp reporting to guide daily operations and long-term strategy.
•High-Stakes Negotiation: You’ll lead complex negotiations with clients, legal teams, and external partners — always aiming for win-win outcomes.
•Ethics & Integrity: You’ll lead with transparency, responsibility, and a strong sense of mission.
What We’re Looking For:
•A degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or similar.
•10+ years of experience in credit recovery, ideally in banking or financial services.
•Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and non-performing loans (NPLs).
•Strategic mindset with a passion for technology and transformation.
•Fluent in Portuguese and English;
•A leader who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo.
