Your Key Responsibilities
1. You'll be the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including satellites.
2. Manage the procurement of technical parts, everyday office needs, and everything in between.
3. Coordinate logistics between sites and launch locations worldwide.
4. Track deliveries, ensure quality control, and maintain inventory via ERP systems.
5. Support internal and external audits, stock takes, and events.
6. Oversee office maintenance, health and safety protocols, and compliance training.
7. Help organize internal events that inspire and connect our Open Cosmonauts.
