We're a remote-first company registered in Israel with team members across Ukraine, Poland, the Philippines, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Germany, and beyond. We value speed, ownership, and smart execution. Now, we're looking for an Influencer Manager to take our brand awareness to the next level.
What You'll Do
As our Influencer Manager, you'll be at the forefront of building relationships with industry experts, creators, influencers, and thought leaders in tech, SaaS, and marketing. Your mission is to find, activate, and manage a network of brand advocates who love Warmy and tell the world about it.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, recruit, and build partnerships with influencers across YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and niche tech communities
* Launch affiliate-style partnerships with clear performance goals (views, signups, referrals, etc.)
* Coordinate influencer content campaigns (video scripts, UGC, reviews, tutorials, etc.)
* Maintain strong relationships with creators via regular check-ins and support
* Track performance using UTM tags, referral tools, and analytics dashboards
* Collaborate with marketing to align influencer strategy with product launches
* Attend industry events, webinars, and communities to scout new talent
* Report on influencer ROI and identify scalable content formats
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience managing influencer campaigns (in SaaS or digital marketing preferred)
* Familiarity with affiliate/referral platforms (FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, etc.)
* Familiarity with influencer prospecting/recruiting platforms (Afluencer, Upfluence, Popular Pays etc.)
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Creative, data-savvy, and performance-driven
* Fluent in English (written + spoken)
* Bonus: Background in UGC creation or past experience as a creator yourself
* Bonus: Understanding of deliverability, email marketing, or outbound sales
