Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support in developing and implementing asset-specific business plans
• Monitor financial performance and assist with reporting and analysis
• Contribute to feasibility studies and investment assessments
• Track operating expenses (OpEx) and assist in managing capital expenditure projects (CapEx)
• Follow up on-site works, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Assist in managing lease agreements and liaising with tenants
• Support the execution of commercial and marketing strategies
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
Role Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance or Management
• Up to 3 years of experience (preferably in real estate, construction or related sectors)
• Strong interest in residential or hospitality development projects
• Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and well-organised
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
