We are looking for aDynatrace Engineerto deliver and support a monitoring service for a key client. The successful candidate will ensure the continuous, specialized, and high-quality execution of all evolutionary and operational activities associated with the Dynatrace platform. This role requires close collaboration with both technical and business teams to guarantee the proper performance of the monitoring ecosystem, incident handling processes, and related governance activities.Key Responsibilities 1. Dynatrace Enhancements Create, update, and manage Dynatrace extensions. Develop and maintain customized dashboards tailored to business and operational needs. Configure monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements. 2. Dynatrace Operational Management & Incident Handling Analyze, diagnose, and follow up on product-related incidents. Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities and implement corrective actions. Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. 3. Incident Management & ServiceNow ORD Follow-Up Handle and track requests and incidents related to the ServiceNow product. Coordinate with application and operational teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. 4. Discovery Processes & CMDB Management Support Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of CMDB data. Monitor discovery processes and manage Configuration Items (CIs). Support accurate service representation within the DOC framework, ensuring proper traceability. 5. SGS Indicator Monitoring Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and relevant metrics. Consolidate and report indicators to stakeholders. Contribute to audit and compliance activities.Required Profile Minimum of2 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including implementation, tuning, extensions, and dashboard creation. Solid knowledge ofServiceNow, particularly the Incident and CMDB modules. Familiarity with DOC, IIMC, and SGS processes (considered a plus). Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a structured problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. High level of rigor in metrics and data management, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
