Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. This is a full-time position, not freelance.
You will play a key role in creating high-performing video content used across paid social and our website. This is a performance-driven role where speed, iteration, and output matter just as much as quality.
The ideal candidate understands how to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds and is built to drive conversions, not just look good.
Responsibilities
* Edit video content for paid social, primarily Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
* Produce high-volume, performance-driven short-form videos
* Create multiple variations of creatives, including different hooks, pacing, and formats
* Adapt and repurpose content across formats, audiences, and campaigns
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to execute and iterate quickly
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual style
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on performance ads
* Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention in short-form content
* Ability to think beyond editing and contribute to what makes a video convert
* Experience editing for social media platforms
* High attention to detail and ability to follow and improve on creative briefs
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
