What will be your roleWe are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Data Scientistto join a leading banking organization. This professional will work hands-on across the full data science lifecycle, from problem understanding and exploratory analysis to modeling, deployment, and monitoring of solutions. The role requires strong analytical reasoning, autonomy, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-enddata science projects, from initial data exploration and feature engineering to modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Develop, validate, and optimizemachine learning and deep learning modelsaligned with business objectives. Implement and monitor deployed models, defining performance metrics and building dashboards to track solution effectiveness. Conduct advancedexploratory data analysisand apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights. Strong proficiency inPython, including function development, object-oriented programming (OOP), and clean coding practices. Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks such asPySpark. Solid understanding ofmachine learning and deep learning algorithms. Strong foundation instatistics and data analysis methodologies. Experience withmodel monitoring, performance metrics evaluation, and dashboard creation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with business areas and clearly present analytical findings. Experience or exposure toGenerative AI projectsis highly desirable. Strong analytical reasoning, synthesis capability, and problem-solving mindset. High level of autonomy and ownership — ability to independently manage projects from start to finish while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in English.
