You will be a crucial part of our clients international team. On a daily basis you'll work as a bridge between customers and the perfect solution. Your mission will include:
* Support our customers in online identifications;
* Ensure the smooth running of the identification process;
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
What are we looking for:
* Good knowledge of the german language (level B2);
* Good communication and argumentation skills;
* Customer-oriented and problem-solving;
* Good computer skills;
* Ability to manage time and work through goals.
