Implement and Optimize HR Processes
Fujitsu is seeking a seasoned professional to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
* Deliver business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops, gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, designing solutions, documenting processes, configuring systems.
* Own technical activities like data migration, cutover activities, administrative tasks.
* Prepare technical documents, including workbooks and test scenarios based on design.
* Work closely with customers on testing and training sessions.
* Track progress of technical build and communicate with Project Managers.
* Collaborate across application areas and employee-facing products integrating with SAP SuccessFactors.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes by implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
* Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
* Work with external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
* Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, offering expert-level guidance.
* HR Transformation: Lead development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via ticketing system.
