About Ovyo:
The AI Solution Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
This role contributes to improving company performance by optimizing and digitalizing business processes, driving efficiency and scalability through intelligent automation.
Job Summary:
* Design, develop and deploy AI, ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure ML, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry.
* Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks such as LangChain or Hugging Face to support conversational agents, RAG workflows, and summarization services.
* Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines with robust MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management (Azure DevOps, MLflow, AKS).
* Integrate Azure Cognitive Services and API-based frameworks to enhance enterprise applications and ensure interoperability across systems.
* Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and IT Security to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations.
* Promote continuous improvement and responsible AI adoption through documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry).
* Proven expertise in fine-tuning and implementing LLMs using LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks for RAG, conversational agents, and summarization.
* Strong MLOps proficiency with Azure DevOps, MLflow, and AKS for end-to-end pipeline automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
* Experience integrating Azure Cognitive Services and REST/gRPC APIs into enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with secure, compliant AI practices (data governance, responsible AI, Azure Policy).
