* Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;
* Minimum of 2 years experience as Scrum Master;
* Good ability to organize planning sessions, daily meetings, sprint and retrospective reviews, remove obstacles that may hinder the team and encourage collaboration between the team and the Product Owner;
* Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Proactivity and Dynamism;
* Fluency in English will be valued.
