PWe are seeking a talented individual to join our I Investments Performance Reporting team at Mercer.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
/ppbr/ppThe Investments Performance Reporting Team is responsible for the production of investments monitoring reports for pension funds from several European countries and Growth Markets, which include asset allocation, performance and risk analysis, funding level monitoring, research topics and strategy updates.
/ppbr/ppAs an Investments Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of various investments monitoring reports for pension funds, which include asset allocation, performance, risk analysis, price/performance assessment and strategy updates.
/ppYou will work directly and daily with other Europe-based Investments consultants and colleagues.

/liliProduce investments monitoring reports for pension funds with quantitative and qualitative analysis and performance appraisal.
/liliContact external entities (such as asset managers) to validate customer information.
/liliCompile information and prepare analysis, evaluation and interpretation of results.
/liliActing as a peer reviewer and mentor for junior colleagues.
/liliFollow-up with other Mercer teams, suggesting approaches and clarifying details of Investments Analysis produced.
/liliBe responsible for thorough analysis of portfolios to help stakeholders make better investment decisions.
/liliWork collaboratively with other Mercer Teams by providing your Investments Technical perspective (defining methodologies, assumptions), support with client queries and leading ad-hoc projects.
/liliBe an agent of change constantly contributing to improve current processes.
/liliLead the implementation of projects that will support the team to be more efficient.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you need to have: /b /pulliFluent English level (minimum C1).
/liliDegree or Master's in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
/liliCFA or CIPM Charter holder (not mandatory but it will be a plus).
/liliProven experience in the Investments Industry (3-5 years minimum).
/liliStrong Microsoft Office skills.
/liliStrong analytical skills.
/liliEase with SQL/VBA/Python and Power BI.
