Business Development Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
Job Description:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
* Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
* Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent/native English (C1) with good proficiency in writing and communication.
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in German or Canadian markets.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having an active portfolio worth at least $100-150K per month).
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
