We are currently recruiting an Account Executive (AE) / Deal Closer
You will be reporting to our Head of Sales Execution and your main mission will be to convert qualified sales opportunities into new business revenue.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client freight and logistics pain points.
- Value Positioning: Position the Easy4Pro platform as the solution to their validated problems, focusing on efficiency, cost avoidance, and hybrid logistics enablement.
- Deal Process: Guide prospects through the process, including demos, proposal building, and negotiation.
- Trial Conversion: Secure the client's commitment to the trial period and manage the deal to final conversion.
- Internal Handoff: Ensure a smooth baton pass to the Account Manager by documenting the scope and success criteria.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting.
- Event Participation: Attend events such as fairs to develop business and generate leads.
- Leads Follow Up: Contact all leads according to status, from raw to qualified;
report lost casesand lessons learned.
Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B SaaS closing roles;
proven ability toclose.
- Strong in value-based selling and executive-level outcomes.
- Languages: Spanish, French, German is a plus.
- Preferably experience selling into logistics, procurement, or enterprise manufacturing/automotive sectors.
