The Role: Scrum Master
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Sector: Financial Services
️ Languages: English (C1)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
* Strong experience in Scrum / Agile environments;
* Solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective);
* Exposure to SAFe / Agile at Scale concepts;
* Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation;
* Experience with Jira for backlog and sprint management;
* Strong IT collaboration and team facilitation skills.
Nice to have:
* Experience with SonarQube and MS Office reporting tools;
* Experience with impediment management and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team delivery;
* Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization;
* Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices;
* Identify and remove impediments to delivery;
* Track team progress and Agile metrics (velocity, sprint goals, performance);
* Support Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the team.
