This is a unique opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up, shaping the future of how MAN operates processes globally, while contributing to the setup of a modern, agile, and people-centric service organization.Your role We are looking for aSenior SAP Finance Process & Project Managerto drive the design, standardization, and implementation of financial processes within a large-scale international transformation program (TMS – Traton Modular System).This role sits at the interface of business and IT, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, particularly in product costing (CO-PC) and end-to-end value flow processes across production, logistics, and finance.ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of financial processes across business and ITAnalyze and design end-to-end business processes, ensuring accurate representation of value flows from production and logistics into accounting and controllingAct as sub-project manager or key project team member in an international SAP S/4HANA transformation program (TMS)Lead the design and implementation of SAP finance solutions, with a focus on:Product Costing (CO-PC)Commercial order-to-cash processesIntegration across MM, SD, and PP processesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable and future-ready finance process solutionsTranslate business requirements into SAP standard solutions, ensuring alignment with IT and implementation teamsContribute to the delivery of end-to-end finance process models, ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainabilityYour profileUniversity degree and 5+ years of experience in process optimization, automation, and project delivery, preferably in SAP Finance environmentsStrong expertise in SAP FI/CO, with deep knowledge in:CO-PC (Product Costing)Good working knowledge of MM, SD, and PP modulesStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes across sales, production, logistics, and financeExperience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Business Partner, Material Ledger) is a plusProven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives in international and cross-functional environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexityStructured, independent, and results-oriented working styleStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsWorking in a dynamic environment with vibrant team spiritHome office policy of 2 days / weekAdditional days off on Dec 24th and 31stBirthday offLife InsuranceHealth Insurance, extended to family membersReady to make an impact?
