Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in daily scrums.
* Plan tasks and support all coordinating development activities.
* Design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions using a microservices architecture.
* Contribute actively as a Lead back-end developer.
* Drive continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles.
* Lead and oversee the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.
You must have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
* Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership roles.
* Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL).
* Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
* Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
* European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
* Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
