Overview
Procure to Pay Process and Project Senior Analyst for Expense Claims Team role at BNP Paribas CIB. The position is part of the Invoice Processing Digitalisation department, aligned with the Expense Claims team, and focuses on implementing, evolving, and maintaining a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model.
Your Main Activities
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (MOA, MOE, Customer, SAP Concur, etc.) and ensure technical feasibility of the project (deployments, internal projects, reorganization).
- Support the functional implementation specification and configuration of a common expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur) for BNPP entities based on a standard Core Model.
- Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications in line with the Core Model.
- Plan, execute and close projects; define test procedures and execute test scenarios with follow-up on results.
- Gather business requirements and perform business analysis as needed; assess risk and provide a risk response plan.
- Simplify and harmonize operational processes; increase visibility of expense claims generated by BNP Paribas entities.
- Accompany internal clients on the right use of the process and tool, including documentation and training for end users; provide second-level support on complex issues; follow up with the vendor Sap Concur.
- Identify potential tool and reporting enhancements in line with the Core Model; translate needs into functional specifications; validate technical specifications proposed by the IT team.
- Write user guides and training material for end users and internal support.
- Participate in the development of the new organizational structure and functions and implement them.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Information Technology.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or as an Implementation Manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience in Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur, others).
- Experience in implementation of systems; SAP user knowledge (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies; ability to understand the end-to-end Source to Pay process.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting; fluency in English.
- Team spirit, self-starter, dynamic and proactive attitude; ability to work in a fast-changing environment; ability to integrate into a large and diverse multicultural environment; able to work under tight deadlines with international locations.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, analytical skills; strong organization, rigor and accuracy; excellent verbal and written communication skills to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
