Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our project coordination efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with our client, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing various projects in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to coordinate teams and stakeholders, and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Plan, manage, and oversee both internal and international projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Coordinate teams and stakeholders, utilizing project management methodologies and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products, to plan, track, and report progress.
This role requires efficient management of several initiatives in parallel, avoiding repetitive tasks and encouraging continuous innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within an international context.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change, with resilience in high-pressure environments.
* Enthusiasm for managing multiple concurrent projects rather than routine daily tasks.
* Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
* Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
