This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:
Design static ads, video creatives, and campaignvisuals for paid and organic marketingchannels (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic)
Execute creativesaccording to Specialist briefs, including messaging, format, CTA, and campaign objective.
Ensurefull compliance with client brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all assets.
Producesupporting marketing visuals(banners, carousels, story formats, thumbnails, headers) as defined in campaign briefs.
Maintainvisual consistency across creative setswithin the same campaign.
Adapt creatives forplatform-specific requirements(sizes, ratios, safe zones, mobile-first layouts).
Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, Digital Strategists, and marketing stakeholders to implement feedback accurately.
Manage multiple creative requestssimultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure creatives fullymatch campaign objectives, target audience and funnel stages.
Performself-QA to identify and correctbrand, layout, or quality issues before delivery.
Requirements:
7+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on marketing creatives (static ads, video creatives, and multi-format campaign assets)
A proven portfolio demonstrating paid and organic marketing work, including ads, short-form video creatives, and campaign visuals across digital platformsExtensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to produce production-ready assets efficiently
Hands-on experience designing for multiple platforms(Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Proven ability to manage multiple creative requests simultaneouslywhile meeting deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
Strong understanding of performance marketing design
Excellent organizational and English communication skills
Experience presenting work internally and to clients
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation
