Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to collaborate with sales organization stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in order management or CRM solutions, as well as proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps.
The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing business needs and translating them into user stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring that stories include clear acceptance criteria ready for testing. Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps to structure the backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document current business processes and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
* Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
* Use Azure DevOps boards to provide transparency on progress and upcoming work.
* Create/assist business with creating test cases linked to user stories and features in Azure DevOps.
* Help prepare business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to execution results.
* Oversee execution of test cycles and track defects in Azure DevOps.
* Coordinate with Dynamics 365 developers to validate fixes and retests.
* Capture feedback and defects directly in the system.
* Build test standards that can be reused for subsequent projects and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience with sales organization stakeholders.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with order management or CRM solutions.
* Experience with Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps.
