We’re looking for a Buyer to join us in Setubal, Portugal.

Your Role

The role of a Buyer will involve:

• Purchase machine parts and components, ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain advantageous price, delivery time, and quality conditions.
• Monitor and control warehouse inventory, ensuring the availability of materials necessary for operation.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchasing transactions.

Your Experience

As a Buyer you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferable).
• Proven experience in purchasing, in the industrial sector, minimum of 5 years.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management and inventory techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
