Freelance/B2B Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CCaaS) Platform Engineer
We are supporting a leading company in the aviation sector in recruiting a Freelancer/B2B Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CCaaS) Platform Engineer.
The professional will join the core product team responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platform, playing a key role in the transition from implementation to ongoing operation and continuous evolution of the solution and its integrations across Azure, AWS, and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with technical and implementation partners to ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation for backlog items.
* Develop and enhance integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and the broader AWS ecosystem.
* Design and improve Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Admin Centre.
* Perform D365 CRM customisations (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript) to maintain and extend system functionality.
* Manage Azure services related to CCaaS, such as Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.
* Develop and maintain custom APIs to support automation and integration needs.
* Build and optimise chatbot and voice channel solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Communication Services.
Technical Skills
* Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre environments.
* Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Centre).
* Knowledge of Azure services relevant to CCaaS (Communication Services, Event Grid).
* Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development (PCF, plugins, web resources, JavaScript).
* Solid understanding of API design and integration best practices.
* Experience or exposure to Copilot Studio or similar chatbot solutions.
* Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations (Azure and AWS) and AWS architectural concepts (a plus).
* Working knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
