You'll be the go-to expert forenterprise switches, routers, and wireless networks, providing advanced support to hotel IT teams and ensuring seamless network performance.
Your Role
As a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist, you'll act as the escalation point for network-related issues in a high-demand technical environment.
Your focus will be onadvanced troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring fast, reliable solutions or escalation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for network-related issues across installed-base systems.
Provideremote troubleshooting and operational assessmentsfor switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks (Layer 2/3).
Analyze network performance data to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
Maintain and testenterprise-grade network equipment, ensuring high-performance configurations and reliability.
Guide hotel IT teams step-by-step to resolve connectivity issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Your Qualifications
Hands-on experience withCisco, Aruba, Ruckus, or similar enterprise switches/routers.
Solid technical knowledge ofTCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), DHCP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless protocols (802.11x).
Experience withLAN, MAN, and enterprise wireless network deployments.
English proficiency (C1+);
additional European languages (DE, FR, IT, ES, PT) a plus.
Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Aruba/Ruckus) are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly guide non-technical staff.
B.S. in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus.
