We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Porto this role you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently providing accurate information about our products and services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Prior customer support experience is advantageous but not required
