Job Description:
Kelly, in its Sales & Office division, is currently working with a prestigious client in the technology & energy sector who is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in a remote model with a monthly visit to Coimbra.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Executive Board members, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams across disciplines from data science, software development to embedded systems engineering.
2. Manage key Strategic Client Accounts, developing and executing Sales and Customer Success plans to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and sales objectives.
3. Identify client problems and needs, creating new business opportunities by internal solutions.
4. Implement plans to enhance value delivered to clients’ operational teams, increasing engagement and growth.
5. Prepare and lead PoCs and Pilots, including Business Cases (ROI).
6. Negotiate and close technical and economic proposals.
7. Develop and manage indirect sales channels where appropriate.
8. Identify new technology and sales partnerships and manage existing ones.
9. Ensure delivery of high-quality, differentiated products and value to key clients.
10. Require 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or B2B Sales to large accounts.
11. Experience in the Energy sector, preferably with DSOs or OEMs working with DSOs.
12. Proficiency in Project Management.
13. Training in Management, Marketing, and Sales.
14. MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
15. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
