Join our dynamic team at the Private Credit Center of Expertise of a leading financial institution.
Your mission? To provide best-in-class services for General Partners and Asset Managers investing in private assets, direct loans, and syndicated loans.
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing and validating documentation (credit agreements, trade docs, etc.).
2. Overseeing transactions: trade settlements, repayments and restructures, in line with procedures.
3. Preparing reports, performing cash and position reconciliations, and supporting decision-making.
4. Integrating and validating data across systems for reliability.
5. Executing controls and checks to mitigate risk.
Habilitações
Profile:
6. At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector, ideally in Banking Operations.
7. Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
8. Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
9. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
10. Results-driven with attention to detail.
