We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners ondigital transformation, ICT strategy, digital policy, data governance, and public sector reform initiatives. NTU is currently leading a consortium under aMultiple Framework Contract with the European Commission (DG DIGIT)focused on high-level advisory services related todigital government, ICT strategy, interoperability, data and AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital public services. To support the implementation of this framework, we are seeking an experiencedEU Framework Contract Coordinatorto manage proposal preparation, coordinate consortium partners, and mobilise expert teams for assignments issued under the framework. Assignments under the framework involve responding toRequests for Services issued by the European Commission, requiring rapid preparation of proposals and coordination of specialised experts in areas such as digital government strategy, ICT governance, data and AI policy, cybersecurity, interoperability frameworks, and digital public services.Key Responsibilities The Framework Contract Coordinator will support the operational management of the framework and the preparation of competitive proposals. Responsibilities include: Coordinating responses toRequests for Services issued by the European Commission Supporting preparation and submission oftechnical and financial proposals for digital advisory assignments Identifying and mobilisingdigital experts and ICT specialistsfrom consortium members and external expert networks Coordinating communication between consortium partners and external experts across multiple EU countries Supporting development ofwinning proposal strategiesand competitive approaches Maintaining expert databases and proposal resources for digital government and ICT projects Supporting project mobilisation and ensuring compliance with framework contractual proceduresProfile Requirements We are particularly interested in candidates with: 5+ years of experiencein EU proposal preparation, framework contract coordination, or consulting projects; Experience working onEuropean Commission projects or EU framework contracts ; Experience indigital government, ICT advisory, or digital transformation consulting ; Knowledge ofEU procurement procedures and framework contract operations ; Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple proposals under tight deadlines; Excellent writing and communication skills inEnglish ; Experience working withDG DIGIT, DG CNECT, DG REFORM, or other EU institutionsis considered a strong asset.How to Apply If you are interested in joining our team, please apply and upload yourrecent CV, ensuring it includes youremail address and telephone number so we can contact you.
