About the JobWe're hiring enthusiastic Front-of-House Team Members (Cashiers + Service Captains) for our location in Time Out Market, Cais do Sodré.
You'll play a vital role in providing guests with an ordering experience that's fast, friendly, and fun.
What You'll DoWelcome and interact warmly with guests, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Provide knowledgeable assistance about menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
Promote menu specials, brand initiatives, and enhance guest loyalty.
Accurately input orders and handle credit card payments using our POS system.
Ensure guests receive their orders quickly and accurately.
Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating to supervisors if necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members, especially between FOH and kitchen staff.
What We OfferNet Salary:
€1000-1250 + monthly KPI bonus (up to €250)
Schedule:
8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (with 2 consecutive days off)

What We're Looking ForFriendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
Quick learner, enthusiastic about growing within our team.
Previous experience in high volume restaurants, concessions, or customer service is strongly preferred.
Passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
