The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering technical support to meet client needs. Daily tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, conducting technical presentations, and ensuring solutions align with customer goals. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders. - Proven skills in Sales and customer acquisition to identify potential clients and expand the customer base. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Technical Support experience to address client concerns and provide effective solutions. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly preferred. - Familiarity with industrial coatings or manufacturing processes is a plus. - Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
