We are looking for a
Senior Data Engineer – Teradata / SQL / ETL
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SQL scripts and Teradata processes to support data operations.
Perform ETL operations using Ab Initio and CONTROL-M, ensuring reliable data workflows.
Execute UNIX-based operations and support CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality technical and functional documentation (detailed design studies, architecture files, test results, issue tracking).
Maintain operational procedures, ensure consistency, and support production processes.
Use collaborative tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, MEGA, and Zeenea to track tasks, issues, and documentation.
Ensure data quality, performance, and security across all workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Teradata and SQL development (Teradata SQL).
Hands-on expertise with ETL tools (Ab Initio, DataStage) and job scheduling tools (CONTROL-M).
Solid UNIX/Linux knowledge for operational tasks.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and collaborative tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, MEGA, Zeenea).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills; must be fluent in English; French is highly desired.
Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus.
Demonstrates teamwork, autonomy, curiosity, and service mindset.
