Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned PHP programmer to enhance our development team.
About the Role:
* Independently work on projects with a broad perspective.
* Participate in communication with partners and clients as needed.
* Understand and follow our company's release processes.
* Contribute to requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation.
* Write high-quality code tailored to meet unique customer needs and configurations.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues with guidance from senior team members if required.
* Develop a deeper understanding of our company platform and processes, suggesting improvements when possible.
Requirements:
* Academic background in IT or equivalent is preferred.
* At least 4 years of experience with PHP programming.
* Strong working knowledge of PHP versions 7.3 to 8.1.
* Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
* Experience working with relational databases such as DBMS.
* Familiarity with project tools like Atlassian, Git, or SVN is necessary.
* Proficiency in testing layers including unit, integration, and functional testing.
* Knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems is beneficial.
* Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with e-commerce solutions such as Magento, Prestashop, CS-Cart, xCart, or any PHP-based CMS like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
* Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) is a plus.
* Experience with services/microservices-oriented architecture, ideally in an e-commerce context.
* Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology is desirable.
