The Role
This is a unique hybrid position combining operations, product ownership, customer success, marketing, and executive support. If you're ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience at the heart of a scaling SaaS start-up.
* Operations – Support with day-to-day processes, including customer support, marketing, financial tasks, and internal reporting.
* Product Ownership – support the development and management of our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback, and help shape product improvements.
* Customer Success & Sales – liaison with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
* Executive Support – assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.
