Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Promote and embody company values
* Lead, coordinate, support, motivate, train, and evaluate the galley team to ensure exceptional performance
* Maintain high culinary service standards by monitoring and ensuring the quality of food preparation and presentation
* Ensure efficient 'mise en place', storage, and inventory management of goods
* Implement and maintain strict hygiene protocols in accordance with HACCP regulations
* Collaborate with the culinary and restaurant team to drive success and excellence
* Manage food and stock ordering, cost control, and budget allocation
* Participate in on-board events and engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager or Corporate Chef
Requirements
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent education preferred
* A minimum of two years' experience in the desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5-star restaurant and/or hotel
* Cruise ship experience is highly valued
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English
