We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.
We are looking for an SAP Analytics Project Manager to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.
Tasks:
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead SAP analytics project lifecycles, including planning, scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment phases;
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver analytics solutions that meet business needs;
- Resource Management: Oversee internal and external project resources, including consultants, developers, and functional teams;
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
- Reporting & Documentation: Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and quality metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders;
- Solution Delivery: Drive implementation of SAP analytics solutions such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP HANA;
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and improved delivery;
- Leadership & Mentoring: Support and coach project team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing SAP projects, with 2+ years focused on SAP Analytics;
- Proven experience delivering solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP HANA;
- Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and reporting within SAP environments;
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow);
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
- SAP project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate) are preferred;
- Experience managing, reporting and communicating on budgets, timelines, and resources in large-scale, cross-functional projects;
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
