What you'll do:
* Support the execution of group-wide stress testing and financial planning activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of data processes in a Big Data environment.
* Assist in building and updating quarterly datasets with financial and risk-related information.
* Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to support project initiatives.
* Prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and management.
* Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement of processes and data frameworks.
Technical expertise we're looking for:
* Strong foundation in data engineering and data processing concepts.
* Experience with BI and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of data governance and metadata management principles.
* Understanding of risk modelling concepts (preferential).
* Comfort working with large datasets in structured environments.
Academic background:
Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Language skills:
English - Fluent (mandatory).
Portuguese - Good level (preferred).
