The successful candidate will be fluent in French, both oral and written, and have previous experience working in customer service roles, ideally covering travel and hotel segments.

Requirements:
* Native or fluent French speaking skills (oral and written)
* Fluent English language skills (B2 or higher)
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel and hospitality sectors
* Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan)
