Marketplace:Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.The person in this role will be responsible for drivingbrand awareness, engagement,andrevenue growth.We offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers.This is for afull-time, remote-work-at-home position.DesignRush is seeking to makeIMMEDIATE hires.Responsibilities:Ensure revenue growth for Design Awards Own the performance of the Awards program by driving paid submissions, agency participation, sponsorships, partnerships, pricing models, and upsell opportunities among existing DesignRush clients. Expand the Awards ecosystem globally by building relationships with design agencies and creative studios, developing partnerships with industry organizations, and coordinating outreach with Sales and Lead Generation teams. Define and manage the Awards program strategy, including categories, evaluation structure, submission flow, jury selection, and positioning to strengthen credibility and align with the DesignRush media strategy. Drive marketing and demand generation for the Awards by collaborating with Content, SEO, and social teams on amplification campaigns promoting nominees, winners, and award launches. Optimize product systems and workflows supporting the Awards program by working with the Product team on submission dashboards, evaluation tools, automation, and cross-team operational processes. Track and report program performance by monitoring submissions, revenue, agency engagement, and traffic, while building KPI dashboards and identifying growth opportunities through data analysis. Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offersRequired qualifications:Over 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader.
