Job Description
The role of a Compensation and Rewards Professional will involve managing various compensation programs, including base pay and variable administration, year-end performance reviews, and pay processing. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and delivering annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes for employees in the EMEA Business Unit.
* Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and competitiveness of pay and benefits practices.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to inform compensation solutions and provide recommendations on pay levels and salary structures in the EMEA Region.
* Provide support for talent management objectives through complex analysis, reporting, and costing purposes.
* Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive pay and benefits practices.
* Design, develop, and conduct compensation and benefits training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
* Stay up-to-date with local legislation, industry trends, advances, and new technology to ensure compliance and effectiveness of compensation and rewards strategies.
